摘    要:分析一起35 k V系统谐振过电压事故产生的原因。通过系统等效电路图计算系统中性点电压及三相对地电压幅值,利用电压向量图表达系统中性点及三相对地电压随系统角差的变化趋势。经分析,事故根本原因为:系统间某联络开关非全相形成串联线性谐振回路,产生谐振过电压。提出了防止谐振过电压的产生和降低其影响的措施。

Abstract:The cause of one resonance overvoltage accident is analyzed. Voltages of three phases and the neutral point are calculated using the equivalent circuit of power system. Voltage change trends of three phases and the neutral point with the system angle difference are showed by voltage vector diagrams. Conclusion is reached that the root cause of the accident is the resonance overvoltage of the series-wound linear resonance circuit caused by the open-phase operation of interconnecting switch. Corresponding measures are put forward for the prevention of the resonance overvoltage.
