摘    要:简介第3代欧洲核电EPR-1600核反应堆防地震灾难的静态安全措施;据中国地震灾难的实际经验,探讨动态安全技术,用4种对预报欠充分的震前效应,触发动态安全措施——停堆I&C,避免因地震引发的核灾难。

Abstract:The static functional safety and design of protecting NPP against earthquake is analyzed by briefly introducing EPR-1600. The dynamic principle of functional safety is discussed beyond the static by the disaster experiences of earthquake in China to use four kinds of technologies, which is not sufficient for forecast earthquake but is possible to trigger the I&C to shut down to protect NPP against the nuclear disaster of earthquake.
