摘    要:在棕刚玉冶炼过程中,供电系统部分短网及石墨电极夹具的冷却、自焙电极的应用是非常重要的技术问题。为了使生产者充分理解这几个技术问题,更好的指导冶炼生产,提高产量并降低能耗,本文应用电力学及热力学原理对其进行了技术分析,阐述了电极冷却的优势和效果,给出了自焙电极应用时所要关注的技术要点,对于冶炼生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:This paper discussed some important technical problems about cooling the jig of graphite electrode and cooling the parts of short netting and applying self-baking graphite electrode in smelting brown corundum.For better understanding the problems by producer and getting the guidance of production,and improving the output and dropping the electric consumption,the problems are analyzed and discussed based on principles of electricity and heat engineering in this article.The benefit is stated about cooling the jig of graphite electrode and cooling the parts of short netting,and some key steps when applying self-baking graphite electrode are suggested.
