摘    要:以电熔AZS废砖为主要原料.配以AZS复合结合剂和锆英砂.研制的AZS烧结砖具有较高的荷重软化温度和耐压强度,显气孔率低.抗玻璃液侵蚀能力强.是较好的电熔AZS砖的替代材料。通过对AZS烧结砖的性能测试.分析了试样的物相和结构对其性能的影响,同时讨论了AZS复合结合剂和锆英砂加入量与试样性能的关系,得出了试样的最佳配方。

Abstract:AZS sintered brick is prepared from fused AZS waste as the principal material, AZS complex binder and zirconite. It possesses high refractoriness under load, high compressive strength. low apparent porosity and high resistance to glass corrosion. It is a fine substitute material to fused AZS brick. The influences of the phase and structure of sample on the performance have been analysed. The relationships between the mixing content of AZS complex binder, amount of zirconite added and the sample's properties have been discussed. The optimal formulation of sample has been obtained.
