| 摘 要： | 设计了一套锚环自动化生产线，通过计算机，可编程控制器控制及管理其热处理工艺过程，利用氨燃烧气作为保护气体，实现了锚环的无氧化、自动化生产，减轻了劳动强度，提高了产品质量及其重复性。

| Abstract: | We have developed an automation production line for the anchor hoop,the process of heat treatment is controlled and managed by the computer and programmable controller (pc). We took ammonia gas burned as protective atmosphere in order to achieve non-oxidation heating and automaticlly producing of anchor hoop,reduced labour strength,improved prodution quality and repeatability. |
