| 摘 要： | 以数控系统802D sl为平台,阐述了y轴作为PLC轴的设置步骤及PLC控制程序,描述了SFW伺服刀架的逻辑转位过程,编制了双伺服动力刀架的PLC程序,最终实现了对“十一五”国家专项“全功能数控双伺服动力刀架”的PLC程序深入研究.

| Abstract: | Based on numerical control system of Siemens 802D sl,the step of setting PLC axis and the PLC program was presented,the process of SFW servo turret turning was described and the program of the double-servo driven turret was programmed.Finally the PLC research of double-servo driven turret with Y axis was completed,which belongs to national special project of the 11th Five-year Plan. |
