基于图像处理的火焰监测与燃烧诊断技术研究现状

摘    要:在电站锅炉和大型工业锅炉中火焰监测直接影响着锅炉的安全运行,近年来基于图像处理的火焰监测研究十分活跃,大有在未来5~10年内进入实用阶段的趋势。国内研究的热点在于三维温度场的重建和污染物的降低,并且在软件方面研究活跃;国外则侧重于硬件设备的开发和基于新型硬件基础上的新方法试验,如激光诱导荧光(LIF)和粒子跟踪等手段。此项研究将有望导致对燃烧机理进一步明晰,火焰图像信息的更探挖掘和新的燃烧技术出现。

Abstract:Quantifica more important to ac tion of physical properties of fossil fuel fired flame is becoming more and hieve in depth understanding and safeguard of combustion processes in elec trical boilers. It is a tendency that flame monitoring based on image processing will come into practical application in the coming 5 10 years. The reconstruction of three-dimensional temperature field and the reduction of pollutant emission, especially the study on software, are the focal points of researches in China nowadays. Foreign researchers emphasize particularly on new methods based on new hardware.
