| 摘 要： | 针对胜坨、宁海油田油井普遍出砂 ,造成有杆泵泵筒、活塞磨损 ,砂卡活塞 ,阀被刺坏等问题 ,开发研究了抽油泵下部挡砂装置。该装置由过滤和智能控制两部分组成。以砂粒在泵隙内研磨持续时间为依据 ,对过滤网的孔径大小进行研究得出 :过滤网孔径由泵间隙确定。为了防止因过滤装置被堵塞造成不供液 ,设计了智能控制机构 ,该机构在正常情况下关闭 ,当过滤装置堵塞后智能控制机构能自动打开起到保护作用。该装置共下井试验 2 0口井 ,工艺全部成功。

| Abstract: | A anti-sand device fixed on the lower part of the subsurface pump is developed, which is comprised of filtering part and intelligent control part. The structure and the operating principle of the device are described. The test result of the device is analyzed. |
