| 摘 要： | 使用UG三维CAD软件对汽车侧围外板零件进行三维建模，并转换到Dynaform中建立了侧围外板零件的有限元模型；通过模拟计算分析讨论了坯料尺寸、压边力、材料参数n、r值对零件成形的影响，确定了合适的坯料尺寸和材料参数。

| Abstract: | We build the three-dimension numerical model for the automobile's side frame outer panel by the CAD software,UG and translate it into the DYNAFORM for building its FEM model;then we analyze some influencing factors to stamping through simulation,which indude blank size,pressure-pad-force,material parameter's n and r,finally,We offer the proper blank size and material parameters. |
