阴离子型AM/AMPS共聚物的合成及性能评价

摘    要:以2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,制备了一种阴离子型AM/AMPS共聚物,确定了最佳合成条件。此共聚物溶液在NaCl、CaCl2存在下的粘度保留率比PAM高,具有较强的抗盐能力,而且耐温性也明显优于PAM。室内初步评价了该共聚物在淡水和盐水钻井液中的性能,结果表明,AM/AMPS共聚物能大幅度降低其滤失量。

Abstract:An anionic AM/AMPS copolymer was synthesized with AM and AMPS as monomers. The optimum condition was determined. The viscosity retention value of the copolymer solution was higher than that of PAM when NaCI and CaCI existing. Its heat resistance and salt tolerance were also better than that of PAM. The results of the evaluation in laboratory showed that the copolymer could depress filtrate loss obviously in freshwater or brine drilling fluid.
