锌型锌锰电池连续重负荷放电性能的提高

摘    要:采用新的密封工艺和调整正极配方并补加电解液,提高了锌锰正极物质的填充量,使R6P和R03P电池3.9Ω重负荷连续放电至0.9V的累计放电时间,分别超过110min和40min,均提高20%以上。

Abstract:The filler amount of active positive materials for Zn-MnO2 batteries was increased by applying new sealing technology, changing formula of cathode and adding electrolyte. The continuous discharge time of R6P and R03P batteries with 3. 9 to 0. 9V had increased by 20% to be over 110minute and 40minute respectively.
