摘    要:利用挤压铸造制备了氧化铝纤维增强铝硅合金复合材料,研究了这种材料的界面对其耐磨性的影响。结果表明,在复合材料中,纤维与基体结合良好,并对铝硅合金具有增强作用;复合材料的界面可阻滞裂纹扩展,基体中的合金元素有利于形成良好的界面,改善复合材料的耐磨性。

Abstract:A alumina short fibre reinforced aluminum silicon alloy composite is manufactured by squeeze casting. The effect of the composite's interface on its wear resistance is studied. The results show that the fibre has a reinforcing effect on the alloy due to its good combination with the alloy's matrix. The composite's interface can prevent cracks from propagating and the alloy elements in the matrix are favourable to formation of good interface to improve the composite's wear resistance.
