摘    要:智能型动态功率因数补偿装置,采用单片机控制,能够实现自动跟踪,快速自动补偿,降低电机定子电流、电机温升.具有响应速度快、可靠性高、体积小、谐波含量低、环境适应能力强、安装调试方便等特性,在冷轧机的供电系统中安装智能型动态功率因数补偿装置可以提高功率因数、消除谐波与电压闪变,提高电压稳定水平及电力系统的传输能力.

Abstract:The intelligent dynamic power factor compensation device,which may realize the automatic tracking and fast compensation of the power factor using the single chip microcomputer,will decrease the cur- rent through the electric machine stator and the temperature rise of the electric machine.The device has many good characteristics,such as high response speed,great reliability,compactness,the lower harmonic,the bet- ter adaptive capacity to environment,expedient installation and debugging.In the power supply system of cold mill,the intelligent dynamic power factor compensation device may increase power factor,suppress harmonic and voltage flickering,improve the voltage stabilization level and transmitting capacity of power system.
