| 摘 要： | 案例教学是增强企业管理课堂教学实践性的重要途径之一，是实现企业管理教学理论与实践相结合的桥梁。在进行案例教学时，必须坚持案例教学法的程序，采用形式多样的教学手段，精心挑选案例，这样才能提高案例的教学效果，以达到通过课堂教学培养学生综合素质能力的目的。

| Abstract: | Cases teaching is one of the best means of strengthening application in industrial engineering, it is a bridge to apply the theory of engineering to practice. In cases teaching, we should obey the procedure, take various means and select the cases with much care, and only in this way could we improve the effectiveness of cases teaching, attain the aim of cultivating the students' all-around qualities by classroom teaching. |
