摘    要:介绍了在先成圆再变方这种生产方式下的方矩形管孔型设计方法。该方法利用方矩形管成品尺寸作为变形轧辊的内接尺寸,通过简单的计算公式获得各道次轧辊孔型的基本参数,再根据成品管的长宽比合理地配置孔型结构,可有效提高成品管的轧制质量。

Abstract:Described in the article is the method for desing of square tube pass in the rounding--squaring process. The said design method focuses on using the final dimensions of the square tube as inscribed dimensions of the deformation roll. Surface quality of the tube being rolled can be considerably improved by means of properly designing the structure of the pass with the length-width ratio of the final tube based on the pass calculated via a simplified calculation formula.
