摘    要:研究了以不饱和聚酯/聚氨酯互穿网络聚合物为基的玻璃纤维复合材料的动态热机械性能及应用性能。结果表明,在不饱和聚酯树脂中加入5%-10%的聚氨酯,使基质形成互秀利于提高由此得到的复合材料的性能。

Abstract:In order to develop new composite material, the glass fiber reinforced composite based on unsaturated polyester/polyurethane IPNs was prepared and its dynamical mechanical property and its application properties were investigated. Arrhernius equation was used to characterize the change of the module with temperature and PU contents. The active energies of various composites were calculated by the relaxation curves. PU decreases relaxation active energy of the composite material. The results indicate that through forming IPNs in the composite matrix, the polyurethane moiety(5%~10%) benefits the impact strength of this composite without remarkable deteriorating its tensile and flexural strength. This work shows a new method to improve the properties of composite materials.
