495三用燃料发动机的研制

鉴于传统发动机对多种燃料适应性差 (甚至根本无法燃用多种燃料 )、环境污染严重的问题 ,作者研制开发了 4 95低排放三用燃料发动机 .该文介绍了三用燃料发动机燃料系的组成及工作原理 ,提出了三用燃料发动机燃料供给系的共轨模式 ,给出了三用燃料发动机燃料供给系设计计算的理论与方法 ,同时对 4 95甲醇 /汽油 /LPG三用燃料发动机进行了试验研究 .结果表明 ,4 95三用燃料发动机的动力性能、经济性能及排放特性良好 ,有效解决了传统发动机对多种燃料适应性差及环境污染严重的问题 ,为三用燃料发动机的开发利用提供了一定的理论依据

Research on 495 Type Three fuel Engine

In the view of the poor adaptability of the traditional engine to fuels ( even no using kinds of fuel with the same engine at all), and in the view of the making serious environmental pollution, this paper has put forward and elaborated 495type three-fuel and low emission engine.The composition and work principle of the fuel system on the three-fuel engine is developed. The method and theory of design and calculation on the fuel system of three-fuel engine has been given.Besides these, it has been tested and researched on 495 type three-fuel engine. And it is showed that the power performance, economic performance and the emission performance of the engine are good. Thus, the problems of the fuel adaptability and the emission pollution are solved effectively.Therefore, this paper provides a fairly theory basis to develop the other three-fuel engines.
