小本体聚丙烯共混改性汽车专用料的研制

摘    要:以小本体聚丙烯(PP)为基料,通过与共聚丙烯9CPP)、聚烯烃弹性体(POE)、硅灰石以及其它且剂共混改性,制得保险杠、门板汽车专用料。检测分析表明,PP/CPP/POE/硅灰石共混体系配方设计合理、工艺路线、参数正确。当PP:CPP:POE:硅灰石质量比为45-48:26-29:19-22:4-6时,共混料完全可以满足汽车保险杠性能要求,当PP:CPP:POE:硅灰石质量比为45-50:27-29:3-6:17-20时,共混料完全可以满足汽车门板性能要求,研究中发现,POE改性PP的综合性能好于EPDM等传统增韧剂;硅灰石也有一定的增韧功能,部分起到了玻璃短纤维的作用。

Abstract:Special compound for automobile bumper and door was made by means of blending modification of small scale bulk PP with co-polypropylene(CPP),poly(octene-ethylene)(POE),wollastonite and other additives.The results of analysis and determination showed the technical route and parameter were right.When the blending ratio of PP:CPP:POE:Wollastonite was 45~48:26~29:19~22:4~6,the compound property could completely meet the need of the automobile bumper,and when the ratio was 45~50:27~29:3~6∶17~27,meet the need of the automobile door.The result also showed the overall property of POE modified by PP was better than that of EPDM and other tranditional toughening agent.Wollastonite had certain toughening function like that of short glass fiber.
