基于相似定律外推压气机通用特性曲线的方法

摘    要:相似定律只适用于不可压缩流体,不能直接使用相似定律来外推压气机的通用特性曲线.对相似定律作了改进,通过改变转速比的指数来反映流体的可压缩性对相似定律的影响,使相似定律可以应用于可压缩流体.改进的相似定律中转速比的指数依据燃气轮机组的性能计算加以确定.基于改进的相似定律外推得到了压气机的通用特性曲线,并与基元叶栅法得到的性能曲线进行比较,证明了该方法的正确性.

Abstract:Similarity laws are only applicable to incompressible fluids and can not directly be used for extrapolating generalized performance curves of compressors.But by varying the rotational speed ratio's exponent to reflect the influence of compressibility on the law of similarity,the latter can be modified and made suitable for compressible fluids.The exponent of angular speed ratio in the modified law of similarity can be determined by making use of the gas turbine's performance calculation sheet.The accuracy of the method is being verified by comparing generalized performance curves,obtained by extrapolation according to the modified law of similarity,with those obtained by the blade element method.Figs 6,table 1 and refs 10.
