摘    要:本文结合珠钢轧机生产的实际,系统地论述了板带热轧机HGC系统装置故障及相关因素,指出了生产现场故障分析的一般过程。文章指出HGC故障的主要类型为位置控制精度达不到要求、伺服阀驱动零偏电流大于正常范围、油缸位置无法控制、油缸控制压力建立不起等。

Abstract:The troubles of HGC system and related factors for hot rolling strip mill were discussed.General procedures of trouble analysis in the site were also mentioned.The main troubles of HGC were classified as follows: the accuracy of position control was below standard,the null bias current of the servo valves was greater than the normal range,the position of the cylinders couldn't be controlled,and the pressure of the cylinder couldn't be setup.
