| 摘 要： | 针对QFSN-600-2型发电机密封油过滤器由于选用及老化等原因,导致发电机转子轴颈及密封瓦磨损、密封油系统平衡阀卡涩等,进行分析后确定选用8370系列双联滤油器滤壳、8304型无芯轴滤芯,氢侧及空侧分别选用U-KP及X-KP过滤组合。此外,在空侧及氢侧分别加装1路旁路系统,以防止密封油系统断油。优化改造后,经过1年运行的密封油系统性能稳定,运行效果良好。

| Abstract: | Directing against the problems of abrasion on shaft-neck of the generators and unsmooth jamming in the balanced valve of sealing oil filter and ageing etc.for QFSN-600-2 type generators,it is determined after analysis to select and use filter-shell of 8 370 series twin oil filter and 8 304 type spindleless cartridge,and U-KP and X-KP filtering units are respectively used for the hydrogen side and the air side.Moreover,a bypass system is additionally installed at the hydrogen side and the air side,so as to prevent oil interruption in the sealing oil system.Through operation in one year,the performance of sealing oil system after optimized selection of filtering parts is stable,boasting good effectiveness in operation. |
