摘    要:对羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)、2-膦酸基丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)、聚马来酸酐(HPMA)和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙基磺酸(AMPS)进行复配,研究药剂间的阻碳酸钙垢协同效应.结果表明,HPMA与HEDP、AMPS与PBTCA、HPMA与PBTCA两两之间存在明显的协同效应;PBTCA与HEDP之间存在一定的协同效应;AMPS与HEDP、AMPS与HPMA两两之间不存在协同效应.HEDP、HPMA和PBTCA按1∶1∶1复配,阻垢率高达98.4%.

Abstract:HEDP, PBTCA, HPMA and AMPS are compounded. The synergistic effect of the inhibiting scale of calcium carbonate between chemicals is studied. The result shows that the obvious synergistic effects exist between HPMA and HEDP, between AMPS and PBTCA and between HPMA and PBTCA. There is a certain synergistic effect between PBTCA and HEDP; there is no synergistic effect between AMPS and HEDP and between AMPS and HPMA. The compound formulation of HEDP and HPMA and PBTCA are done according to ratio of 1∶1∶1 and the scale inhabiting rate can be up to 98.4%.
