摘    要:目前,传统的18-8型奥氏体不锈钢锅炉管的热处理工艺大致可分为固溶处理、稳定化处理、去应力处理3种,其对奥氏体不锈钢锅炉管的组织性能均有较大影响。奥氏体不锈钢是一种应力腐蚀敏感材料,在制造过程中要保证热处理工艺和焊接工艺控制得当,以避免奥氏体不锈钢锅炉管的应力腐蚀开裂,提高服役安全性。

Abstract:At present,the traditional heat treatment technology of boiler tubes made from 18-8 type austenitic stainless steel can be roughly divided into three kinds,namely the solid-solution treatment,the stabilization treatment,and the stress removal treatment,all have larger influence upon the structural performance of boiler tubes made from 18-8 type austenitic stainless steel.The said steel is sensitive to stress corrosion.The heat treatment technology and welding technology in the manufacturing process should ensure to be aptly controlled,so as to avoid the stress corrosion cracks on boiler tubes made from austenitic stainless,enhancing safety in their servicing period.
