一种基于DSP的全参数轴角模拟测试仪器

摘    要:介绍了一种新型轴角模拟测试仪器的设计与实现。该仪器基于DSP芯片,构建了相关的硬件电路、完成了软件功能以及人性化的界面设计,最终实现了高精度、宽范围的轴角信号的模拟和测量。该仪器具有双通道、速比可编程,以及输入信号电压、频率的自适应等特点,可以实现针对输出轴角信号以及激磁信号电压幅值、频率的编程控制功能,并且可以实现对转换角度的实时测量进行显示和保存等功能。经测试,仪器的单通道最大测试误差<36″,双通道最大误差<0.3″,可广泛应用于高精度轴角转换控制系统的角度模拟与测量。

Abstract:The design and realization of a new type synchro/resolver simulator are proposed.The hardware and software function of the simulator are designed based on DSP.The simulator can implement simulation and measure of wide range and high precision shaft angle,including two-channel,ratio programmable,shaft angle signal and reference voltage programmable,input signal voltage and frequency self-adaptation,angle measure,display and save and so on.Test has proved accuracy for single channel less than 36″ and combined channel less than 0.3″.Therefore,the simulator can be widely applied in angle simulation and measure in shaft-angle conversion control system with high precision.
