超临界机组锅炉水压试验参数分析

摘    要:对国内外现行规范标准的相关规定进行了比较分析,综合锅炉水压试验的有效性和安全性给出了试验压力、检查压力、升降压力速度、试验介质温度等参数的可行值。锅炉水压试验时,试验压力应为过热器出口压力的1.25倍,且不小于省煤器进口压力的1.1倍;升压速度应≤0.3MPa/min,当压力升至过热器出口工作压力后,升压速度应≤0.1MPa/min;试验水温一般为21~50℃;对于奥氏体耐热不锈钢受压元件,试验用水的氯离子含量应<0.2mg/L。

Abstract:A comparative analysis of related stipulations specified in specifications and standards,which are currently in effect at home and abroad,has been carried out,the effectiveness and safety in hydrostatic test of boilers being synthesized.The feasible value of parameters,such as the test pressure,the pressure to be inspected,the speed of pressure rise and drop,the temperature of tested medium etc.,have been given.The test pressure in hydostatic test of boilers has to be 1.25 times of the outlet pressure from the superheater,and has to be no more than 1.1 times of the inlet pressure of economizer,the speed of pressure rise has to be ≤0.3 MPa/min,in the event of pressure being greater than the working pressure at outlet of the superheater,the speed of pressure rise has to be ≤0.1 MPa/min,the water temperature during test is generally 21~50 ℃.
