转子动平衡影响系数法的实用化程序研究

摘    要:影响系数法是转子动平衡技术的重要方法。总结出了1套由平衡数据处理、影响系数计算和平衡校正计算3个模块组成的转子动平衡影响系数法的实用化程序,并以某台110MW机组的轴系振动为例进行了试验和计算。结果表明,以序号Run2为原始振动状态,P2加重530g∠330°后所有轴振降至72μm以下,完全满足运行要求,证明影响系数法适用于各种转子在不同环境下的动平衡。

Abstract:Influence coefficient method is an important technology in rotor dynamic balancing.A practical program of the influence coefficient method for rotor dynamic balancing was concluded,which consists of 3 modules:balance data treatment,influence coefficient calculation and balance correction calculation.Test and calculation conducted on the shafting vibration of a 110 MW unit showed that,considering the serial number Run2 to be original imbalance,tried adding 800 g on P3,getting rid of 530 g on P2 test weight ∠330°,through this way,all the shaft vibration decreased below 72 μm,totally satisfied the operation request.
