华能太仓电厂2号发电机振动故障诊断与处理

摘    要:华能(苏州工业园区)发电有限责任公司(华能太仓电厂)2号机组首次大修后发电机轴承座振动偏大,最大值接近120μm,并且呈无规律波动。经测试分析表明,振动为发电机定子底座与台板接触不良使定子不稳固所致。通过布置偏垫片、调整定子底载分配等措施,使发电机轴承座振动情况得到改善,为同类机组的消除振动故障提供了依据。

Abstract:After first major repair of unit no.2 in Huaneng Taicang Power Plant,the vibration of bearing pedestal on the generator is somewhat larger,the maximum value is nearing to 120 μm,and being non-regular vibration.Through test and analysis,it is believed that the contact between the pedestal and bed plate of generator’s stator isn’t good,leading to non-stability of the stator.Through measures,such as arrangement of bias spacer,and adjustment of base load distribution etc.,the vibration situation of generator’s bearing pedestal has been improved,providing basis of vibration elimination for similar kind of untis.
