摘    要:通过对磨煤机风煤比、磨煤机出口风粉温度、二次风配风、束腰配风、分仓送煤等运行参数和运行方式的对比试验,得到了前墙布置旋流燃烧器锅炉的燃烧优化调整方式。在此基础上进行的综合调整使锅炉效率提高了1.20%,机组供电煤耗降低了4g/(kW.h)左右,显著提高了机组运行的经济性。

Abstract:Through comparative test of operation parameters and operation mode,such as the air/coal ratio of the coal pulverizer,the temperature of pulverized coal with air at outlet of the coal pulverizer,the distribution of secondary air,the air distribution-around waist,and the coal-sending into different bunkers etc.,the adjustment mode for combustion optimization in boilers allocating vortex burners onto the front wall has been obtained.On this basis,to carry out comprehensive adjustment can make the boiler efficiency to be enhanced by 1.20%,the net coal consumption of unit can be reduced to about 0.4 g/(kW·h),heightening the economic efficiency and safety in operation of the unit.
