SCP机关键技术的研究与优化

摘    要:SCP机将捣固装置、装煤系统和推焦装置集合成一体,使分体捣固焦炉设备的单孔炭化室操作时间由20~25min缩短为11~12min.与传统的捣固焦炉炼焦设备相比,具有自动化程度高、生产效率高、维护量小和节能环保等优点.文中对捣固装置、装煤系统和推焦装置关键技术的优化进行了详细阐述.

Abstract:SCP machine integrates the stamping system, charging system and pushing system as one unit, which enables the operating time for one oven operated by the split stamping coke oven equipment was reduced from 20~25min to 11~12min. Compared to the equipment for conventional stamping coke oven, it is characterized by high degree of automation, high production efficiency, less maintenance, energy-saving and good environmental protection. The optimization of key technology of the stamping system, charging system and pushing system was described in this paper.
