| 摘 要： | 300MW机组甩负荷试验中循环流化床(CFB)锅炉的控制因其热惯性较大需在试验前30min调整给煤量,保持机组在主蒸汽参数低值下运行;前10min各参数为手动控制方式;前300～30s减少给煤量,即调整一、二次风量。甩负荷后,将主、再热蒸汽温度控制在500～560℃之间。对京煤凤凰岭电厂2号300MW机组CFB锅炉进行了机组甩50%负荷和甩100%负荷的试验,试验过程中CFB锅炉控制满足要求。

| Abstract: | During test of load rejection of 300 MW unit,the control of CFB boiler has to adjust coal feed at 30 min before test due to its large thermal inertia,maintaining the low value operation of main steam parameters:at 10 min before test,the parameters must be changed to hand control;at 300~30 s before test,the coal feed as well as the primary and secondary air have to be reduced.After the load rejection,the temperature of main steam and reheated steam has to be controlled between 500~560 ℃.The 50% load rejection test and 100% load rejection test have been carried out on a DG177/17.4-Ⅱ1 type CFB boiler of 300 MW unit in Jingmei Fenghuanglin Power Plant,during the process of test,the control of CFB boiler was apt and effective,the test being successfully carried out. |
