双套管内粉煤灰输送特性试验研究

摘    要:在试验台上研究了双套管粉煤灰的输送特性,分析输送压力、出口气流速度Vout等条件的变化对粉煤灰输送系统出力的影响。结果显示,Vout相同时,罐内输送压力越高,系统出力越大,料气比越高;相同罐内输送压力下,当4m/sVtmax时,系统出力随着Vout的增大逐渐降低;相同出力下,罐内输送压力随Vout增大先下降后上升。

Abstract:The behavior of conveying pulverized coal ash in double-socket-pipe has been studied on a test stand,the influence of variation in conveying pressure and exit gas flow speed Vout etc.upon the output capacity of said coal ash conveying system being analysed.Results show that at same Vout,the higher conveying pressure in the tank,the greater output capacity of the conveying system,and the higher material/gas ratio.Under same conveying pressure in the tank,at the time of 4 m/s < Vout ≤ Vtmax,the output capacity of the conveying system increases gradually as the Vout increases;at the time of Vout > Vtmax,the output capacity of the system gradually decreases as the Vout increases;under same output capacity,the conveying pressure in tank firstly decreases and then increases as the exit gas flow speed increases.
