燃煤电厂汞的控制及脱除

摘    要:针对我国燃煤电厂污染控制技术措施,分析了燃煤电厂汞的分布,以及烟气脱硫、脱氮、除尘等装置对汞脱除的影响。分析表明,飞灰中的汞约40%被除尘装置捕集或存在于湿法脱硫装置的浆液中,约60%排入大气。利用选择性催化还原(SCR)系统的氧化和烟气脱硫(FGD)系统的吸收,可有效控制汞的排放。

Abstract:Directing against the technical measures of pullution control in coal-fired power plants within china,the mercury distritution in said power plants,as well as the influence of flue gas desulphurization,denitrification,and dust removal facilities upon the mercury disposal have been analysed.Analysis shows that the mercury contained in fly ash about 40% is captured by the dust removal facility,and about 60% being emitted into the atmosphere.Using the oxidation effect in SCR system and the absorption in flue gas system,the emission of mercury can be effectively controlled.
