炭化室压力调节装置的开发

摘    要:开发了用于6m焦炉炭化室压力调节的装置,介绍了其工作原理,利用MATLAB软件建立了阀盘开度与通流面积的数学模型,使用PRO/E进行机构设计和动态仿真,利用Pro/MECHNICA对阀盘进行了受力分析.现场试验取得了良好的效果.

Abstract:The pressure regulating system for the coking chamber of 6m coke oven is developed and its working principle is described. The mathematic model for the relationship between valve disc opening degree and flow area is established by the utilization of MATLAB software. PRO/E is used to carry out mechanism design and dynamic simulation, and stress analysis is conducted with the help of the Pro/MECHNICA. The good result of the test on site is achieved.
