循环流化床锅炉NO_x排放浓度调整方法探讨

摘    要:针对广州石化公司循环流化床锅炉(CFB)NOx排放浓度偏高的问题,分析认为主要是全烧焦工况下炉膛温度偏高,SO2和NOx控制采取的措施与结果相互矛盾等所致。对此,提出了锅炉定期掺煤、控制氧量、调整2台锅炉负荷等运行措施。实施后,CFB机组NOx排放量稳步下降至200mg/m3以下,实现了NOx、SO2、烟尘3大环保指标全部稳定达标。

Abstract:Directing against the problem of high concentration of NOx emitted from CFB boiler in Guangzhou Petro-chemical Branch Company,it is believed that the main causes are:the high temperature in furnace under condition of fully burning cokes,as well as mutual contradiction in SO2 and NOx control etc..For these,several measures,such as periodically coal-blending for the boilers,controlling the oxygen quantity,and adjusting the load of two boilers etc.,have been put forward.After implementation,NOx emission from CFB boilers has steadily reduced,reaching to below 200 mg/m3,three major indices,namely SO2,NOx,and smoke,all steadily going up to standard.
