超临界600MW机组过热蒸汽温度的自抗扰控制

摘    要:研究了自抗扰控制技术(ADRC)在超临界600MW机组过热蒸汽温度控制系统中的应用,提出了二级过热蒸汽温度主调节器采用ADRC,副调节器采用传统的PID调节,构成ADRC-PID过热蒸汽温度控制系统的设计方案。试验结果表明,采用ADRC的过热蒸汽温度控制系统负荷适应性良好,鲁棒性及抗干扰能力较强,跟踪速度快,控制品质显著优于传统PID控制。

Abstract:The application of automatic disterbance rejection control(ADRC) technology in superheated steam temperature control system of supercritical units has been studied,and a design scheme of adopting ADRC for the main regulator of secondary superheater steam temperature,and adopting traditional PID regulation for the vice regulator,being put forward,thereby,a ADRC-PID control system of superheater steam temperature being constituted.The result of test on one supercritical 600 MW unit shows that the ADRC used for controlling superheated steam temperature of supercritical units boasts good adoptability to the load,as well as stronger robustmess,rapid tracking,and stronger anti-disturbance ability.Its control quality is substantially superior to that of traditional PID control.
