新型脱硫添加剂在烟气脱硫工艺中的应用

摘    要:介绍了某种新型脱硫添加剂在1 000MW机组石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫系统(FGD)的应用情况。机组运行实际测试表明,该添加剂提高了氧化空气的利用效率,降低了Ca/S比,在相同运行工况下使烟气脱硫效率提高了5%~12%。此外,该添加剂的使用明显改善了烟气换热器(GGH)和除雾器的结垢状况,提高了脱硫副产品石膏的品质。

Abstract:The application of a new desulphurization additive in limestone-gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization(FGD) system of 1000 MW unit has been presented.The actual test data show that the said desulphurization additive can enhance the utilization rate of oxidation air,reduce the Ca/S ratio,heighten the flue gas desulphurization efficiency 5%~12%,save the service power in FGD system 0.13%.Moreover,the application of said additive has remarkably improved the scaling in GGH and demister,enhancing the quality of gypsum in by-product of FGD.
