氧化镁对干法烟气脱硫消石灰品质影响研究

摘    要:吸收剂的品质对干法烟气脱硫系统的脱硫能力影响较大。将含有不同量氧化镁的生石灰制备成吸收剂并进行脱硫试验,以确定氧化镁质量分数对吸收剂颗粒粒径分布、比表面积、孔容积及SO2吸收能力的影响。研究表明,在消化过程中仅有少量氧化镁转化为氢氧化镁,随着氧化镁质量分数的增加吸收剂颗粒平均粒径增大,比表面积和孔容积减少,SO2吸收能力降低。为确保吸收剂的脱硫能力,制备吸收剂时必须控制原料中氧化镁的质量分数。

Abstract:The quality of sorbent has significant influence upon the desulphurization ability of the dry flue gas desulphurization(FGD) system.The sorbent has been prepared from quick lime with defferent contents of MgO,and desulphurization test being carried out,so as to determine the influence of MgO mass fraction upon the particle size distribution,the spesific surface area,the pore volume,and the SO2 absorption ability of sorbents.Study shows only small amount of MgO has converted into Mg(OH)2 during the dydration process.The mean particle size increases,and the specific surface area and the pore volume decrease along with the increase of MgO mass fraction,the SO2 absorption ability of sorbent also decreases.In order to ensure the desulphurization ability of sorbents,the mass fraction of MgO in the raw material has to be controlled during the time of sorbent preparation.
