120m跨度干煤棚网壳累积滑移法施工技术

摘    要:华能北京热电厂干煤棚采用螺栓球节点三心圆柱面网壳结构。网壳平面尺寸为120m×210m,跨度为120m,网壳顶标高为43.75m,网壳厚3.8m。这在目前国内同类结构中属最大跨度的网壳工程。为了不影响原有发电厂的正常工作并考虑降低工程造价,经多方论证,采用了一种先进的网壳施工方法———网壳累积滑移法。详细介绍了累积滑移的施工方法、滑移的施工验算及滑移节点构造等。

Abstract:A three-column latticed shell of bolt spheric joints was used for the indoor coal storage yard of Huaneng Beijing Thermal Power Plant. The plane size, span, top elevation and thickness of the latticed shell were 120 m×210 m,120 m,43.75 m and 3.8 m, respectively. It was demonstrated that an advanced construction method——cumulative slip method of the shell was adopted. It was described in detail that construction method of cumulative slip, checkup of slip construction,and structure of slip joints etc.
