镍黄铁矿自诱导和外控电位浮选行为研究

摘    要:研究了镍黄铁矿自诱导和外控电位浮选的基本行为。结果表明,镍黄铁矿在酸性条件下,可实现自诱导浮选,并且通过外控电位可以控制它的浮选行为;但碱性条件下镍黄铁矿不能实现自诱导浮选,即使施加外控电位也难以改变它的浮选行为。通过对外控电位浮选循环伏安曲线的分析,单质硫可能是镍黄铁矿表面形成的主要的疏水性产物。

Abstract:The basic behavior of self-induced flotation and externally controlled voltages flotation of pentlandite was investigated.It was shown that pentlandite exhibit good self-induced floatability in the acidic condition and the self-induced floatability can be changed under externally controlled voltages.However,the self-induced floatability of pentlandite can not be realized and even hardly be improved by externally controlled voltages in alkaline condition.Through the cyclic voltammetric curve analysis on the externally controlled voltages,the sulphur element may be the primary hydrophobic entity on the surface of pentlandite.
