轴流式水轮机叶片数控加工工艺

摘    要:本文根据实际加工轴流式叶片的经验,对该种叶片采用5轴联动数控加工所需的工艺方法、工艺参数、夹具、刀具及须要注意和改进的问题进行了论述。对所需的机床、液压支撑、真空支撑系统和主要刀具已在混流式叶片数控加工工艺中进行了说明。

Abstract:On the basis of practice experiences for machining of axial runner blades, the technological processes and parameters, fixtures, tools, noteworthy and improvement problems,required for 5 axes simultaneous NC machining, are described in this paper. And necessary machine tools,hydraulic pressure and vacuum supporting systems as well as main tools are explained already in the NC machining technology of Francis hydraulic turbine blades.
