| 摘 要： | 以聚烯烃弹性体（POE）和（乙烯/丙烯/二烯）共聚物（EPDM）为增韧剂，马来酸酐接枝聚丙烯（PP-g-MAH)为增容剂，滑石粉为无机填料研制音箱用聚丙烯（PP）专用料。当PP-g-MAH用量为10份。滑石粉为120份，EPDM为15份。POE为5份时，所得PP专用料的综合性能最佳。完全达到了音箱用料的要求。

| Abstract: | The special PP material for sound box is developed with polyolefin elastomer(POE) and ethylene/propylene/diene copolymer( EPDM) as the tougheners, polypropylene grafted with maleic anhydride ( PP-g-MAH) as the compatibilizer and talcum as the inorganic fillers. The result shows that when the POE content is 5 parts, the EPDM content is 15 parts, the talcum content is 120 parts and the PP-g-MAH content is 10 parts, the combination property of the special PP material obtained is optimum, completely meets the demand of the material used in the sound box. |
