摘    要:通过对复合材料电连接器座壳体的工艺分析,提出了活动型块成型、内侧滑块脱模的模具结构,此模具构思巧妙,结构简单,可靠性高,不但降低了模具成本,缩短了研制周期,而且模具寿命得到了大幅度提高.

Abstract:Through analyzing on characteristics of the compound material shell, proposed the activity block molding and inside slide block demoulding mechanism, the mold structure was simple and clever, not only reduced the mold cost and the development cycle, more over the mold life was improved.
