摘    要:阐述了预应力高强混凝土管桩的工艺技术原理、应用及发展,论述了C80高强混凝土配合比设计以及C80高强管桩混凝土与普通混凝土离心成型工艺的特点及发展.指出管桩的工艺技术主要涉及C80高强混凝土配制/外加剂技术、预应力张拉技术、离心成型工艺技术以及压蒸养护工艺技术4方面内容,其中,C80高强混凝土配制/外加剂技术和压蒸养护工艺技术是管桩工艺技术的核心.

Abstract:The technology principle,application and development of PHC piles are described.The mixture proportion design of C80 high strength concrete,the centrifugal molding process characteristics and the development of C80 high strength piles concrete and ordinary concrete are discussed.It points out that the PHC pile technology mainly includes four aspects which are C80 high strength concrete preparation/additives technology,prestressed tension technology,centrifugal moulding technology and pressure steam curing process technology.And C80 high strength concrete preparation/additives technology and pressure steam curing process technology are the keys of PHC piles technology among the four technologies.
