耐候性EPDM绝缘材料的开发

摘    要:本文主要阐述了有关耐候性三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)绝缘材料的开发研究。经试验发现:若增塑剂采用超低门尼粘度的三元乙丙橡胶Keltan1446A橡胶的综合性能.尤其是电气性能和耐候性比采用石蜡类增塑剂都有所改善;AL(OH)3能极大地改善胶料的耐候性,但用量不超过100Phr,填料的表面处理剂硬酯酸锌的用量控制在1.5~2.SPhr之间,填充科技剂采用煅浇陶土和LEE白滑粉。由此配制的绝缘材料具有良好的可加工性,并且经模拟气候老化实验证实其性能稳定,抗漏电性能好.产品性能满足IEC502(1994)的规定要求。并经长期户外试验证实,该胶料可作为耐候性EPDM绝缘材料使用。

Abstract:The development of weather aging rcsistant EPDM insulation was concerned in this paper. Alot of experiments have shown that the amount of hydrate of aluzninium mustn't be more than 100Phr, the amount of zinc stearate used as filler surfacc treating agent is 1. 5 ~ 2. 5Phr, keltan 1446Ablended with paraffin wax was suitable to be adopted as plasticizer in this compound. The compoundhad better processing behavior. The weathering tcst indicated that the EPDM vulcanizated compounlwas satisfactory for the expected life in outdoor insulation system. The finished production met etest requirements of IEC 502(1994 )and its propcrties was kept steady on duty.
