| 摘 要： | 成人脱产学生由于生源构成复杂，年龄差异大，文化基础水平参差不齐，因此在教育与管理上有一定特殊性、复杂性。只有从成人学生实际出发，针对学生的心理特点进行适当引导，科学进行管理，才能达到教育和管理目标。
