有色金属工业面对加入WTO的技术发展对策

中国加入WTO必将给中国发展带来巨大冲击，冶金工业也是如此，面对经济市场化，市场全球化的未来环境，如何赢得这场挑战并寻求进一步发展的机遇，是一个必须面对的课题。本文从有色金融工业的角度，分析了河北省及国内外的发展状况，存在的差距与不足，未来的发展趋势及要求，并对积极应对加入WTO的发展对策提出了建议。

POLICY OF TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT OF NON-FERROUS METAL INDUSTRY UNDER CHINA'S ACCEDING TO WTO

China's acceding to WTO would no doubt bring a huge shock to Chinese economy development, certainly including metallurgical industry. It is a question we must face under the future situation of economy being conducted thoroughly into market and market being a global one that how to win this challenge and seek the opportunity to further develop. It is analyzed from the aspect of non-ferrous metal industry that the development situation in Hebei Province and at home and abroad, our deficiency, demands for us in the future and the developing measures to actively handle the problems brought by acceding to WTO.
