Abstract:A quail egg beverage in which quail egg is the main material; sugar. stabitizer and thickner are auxiliary,was produced with a series of ecientific processing. The paper describes its the technological process. the tchnical point and the quality standard for the quail egg beverage of the produstion in detail. It is a heaith protection beverage with wuch active nutrition and ipecial flavour.
