The Mechanical Property Impact Analysis of Coated Products

The substrate of coated products generates work hardening after cold rolling, so the performance deterioration of product is caused. The coated products needs to be processed further, which requires the good mechanical property basis, but the performance and organization change of coated products'' substrate after cold rolling blocks further machine shaping, these changes can be recovered only through recrystallization annealing. The performances of final products are mainly affected by cold rolling deflection and recrystallization annealing.
