摘    要:为了提高供电效率,燃煤蒸汽轮机电站将采用超超临界参数的技术,燃气一蒸汽联合循环发电技术将得到更广泛的应用。汽轮机技术的发展使得汽轮机油的运行环境更加苛刻。分析了汽轮机的参数发展以及汽轮机油的规格变化和研究现状,提出汽轮机油的发展方向是具有更好的氧化安定性,更小的油泥生成趋势,更高的清洁度,更好的过滤性,更好的空气分离性能和水解安定性。同时还对相关的添加剂技术和评价方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:Ultra supercritical steam turbines and gas-steam combined cycles are being used in more and more power stations for their high heat efficiency. The high temperature gas and the improvement of steam parameter make the lubricant run under much more severe conditions. The research works on turbine oils as well as the oil specifications evolution are reviewed. It is concluded that the future turbine oils should have long life with excellent oxidation stability, sludge resistance, filterability, cleanliness, hydrolytic stability to meet the lubricating requirements of the new turbines. Some additive technology and evaluating methods are also discussed.
