浪涌抑制技术研究

摘    要:频谱分析表明,标准测试浪涌波的能量主要分布在低频部分,但其高频部分的能量也是不容忽视的。为了进行可靠的浪涌保护以及满足电磁兼容的要求,将压敏电阻与电磁干扰滤波器结合起来进行浪涌抑制。从不同时间常数(Tf)的滤波器与压敏电阻(压敏电压波形周期为T)配合的仿真效果分析,可以看出,滤波器时间常数越大,滤波电路电容电压就越低。在Tf=2T、4T、6T时,电容端振荡峰值电压分别为949 V、533 V、306V。实验验证表明,该组合式浪涌抑制器具有较好的抑制效果。

Abstract:The analysis of frequency spectrum of standard test surges shows that the main energy of the waveforms is at low frequency,but the energy at high frequency should be also considered.In order to suppress surges reliably and meet the requirements for EMC of the electronic devices,the metal-oxide varistor and electromagnetic interference filter are combined to suppress surge.1The results of EMTP simulation using filter of different time constant(Tf) and varistor with wave period of T show that large time constant of the filter,.the lower the capasitive voltage of at capacitor equal to 949V,533V,and 306V at Tf=2T,4T and 6T respectively.1Experience shows that combined surge suppressor possesses a well surge suppressing effect.
